I just wanted to give a heads up to everyone in terms of workouts this week. Sprinters are going to have their 2 hard workouts tomorrow (Monday) and Friday. Tomorrow will actually be a fun workout indoors, I think you will like it. Mid-distance and Distance, you will be working out Tuesday and Thursday.
We are also going to be getting into event specifics this week. Hurdlers/Jumpers, you will be in the commons working on your particular events Monday and Thursday. We will also be going over starts and hand-offs. More details will come at practice but I just wanted everyone to prepare mentally.
