A Shout Out to An Old Teammate

Check this video out. It is of a teammate of mine and fellow running Red Fox Adam Vess. Many of you know Adam since he ran for Xavier High School and has been a counselor at Green Mountain Running Camp. Vess discusses some of the transitions to college running and the ups and downs he has faced. This is a featured video on flotrack and it will be sure to bring some attention to the Marist program.
