After looking things over and thinking about the meet, this was kind of a blah meet for most individuals. I got the feeling a lot of people did not have their heads in the meet and there seemed to be a lack of excitement and intensity. I will discuss this more in depth at practice today. I apologize if I could not get all of your splits. Unlike last time, I did not have Coach D helping me time but I did my best.

Akorfa- 9.16 Roughly what you ran at the last meet. You're a little wobbly at the start and need to focus on keeping a straight line. Practice this when we do drills and keep it in your mind when we do workouts

Tesni 42 44 46 46 48 48 43 6:08. I know this isn't what you wanted. You've been hurt though and its your first race in a few months. Shake it off. You had a nice last 200m. Refocus and you will be fine.
Hannah 46 48 49 50 51 51 51 44 6:34. Pretty consistent effort, thats what I like to see. We'll work on getting some of those middle laps down. Good effort.
