Rest of the Week

Thursday- SCC Novice Meet
Sprinters not running meet- 6x100 meters Ins and Outs on the track.
Distance not running meet- Easy distance 3-5 miles followed by 4x100 meter strides
Coach Bennett will be running practice.

Friday- Everyone is going to workout. Workouts are still not finalized. Almost positive everyone will be on the track. This is going to be a hard day for everyone.

Saturday- Sprinters- Easy running 2-5 miles followed by 4x75 meter accelerators
Distance- Long run 5-8 miles

Sunday- Everyone off

Practice during exams (Monday-Thursday) will take place at 12:00pm. Try to have some kind of nutritional snack before practice. Workout schedule will depend on the weather and I will post it sometime this weekend. I want to try to take advantage of the track as much as we can while there is no snow. We have a really nice chunk of time to train before SCC's so we are going to continue to go hard the rest of this week and next.
